Working Principle of Ball Valve

The opening and closing parts of the ball valve is a ball with a circular channel, rotating around the axis perpendicular to the channel, the ball rotates with the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the channel. Ball valve working principle.

When the ball valve rotates 90 degrees, in the inlet and outlet should be all dry joint surface, so as to close the valve, cut off the flow of media.

When the ball valve rotates 90 degrees, in the inlet and outlet should all present the ball mouth, so as to open the flow, and basically no flow resistance.

Ball valve structure principle.

5, easy maintenance, ball valve structure is simple, the seal is generally active, disassembly and replacement are more convenient.

6, ball valve sealing performance is good. In fully open or fully closed, the ball and the broad seat of the sealing surface and the media away from the media through, will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface.

7, a wide range of applications, the diameter from small to several millimeters, large to several meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be applied.

8, because the ball valve in the opening and closing process of wiping, so can be used in the medium with county floating solid particles.

9, the ball valve fluid resistance is small, no vibration, small noise.
