1. When stainless steel flange pipe is welded, carbides will be released after repeated heating, reducing its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

2. In order to prevent the eye corrosion caused by the flange cover heating, the welding current should not be too large, about 20% less than the carbon steel electrode, the arc should not be too long, the middle layer should be cooled quickly, and the weld should be narrow.

3. The electrode should be kept dry during use.The titanium calcium type should be dried at 150℃ for 1 hour, and the low hydrogen type should be dried at 200-250℃ for 1 hour (repeated drying is not allowed, otherwise the coating is easy to crack and fall off) to prevent the coating from fouling such as oil, so as not to increase the carbon content of the weld.
