Application Scope of Stainless Steel High-Temperature and High-Pressure Ball Valves:

These valves are suitable for common working media such as water, solvents, acids, and natural gas; they are also applicable to media operating under harsh conditions—e.g., oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene—and are widely utilized across various industries. The valve body of these stainless steel high-temperature and high-pressure ball valves can be either monolithic or modular.

Operating Principle:

 The sealing ring consists of flexible T-shaped, multi-layer stainless steel plates on both sides, combining the advantages of both metal hard sealing and soft sealing. Consequently, these valves exhibit zero-leakage sealing performance under both low-temperature and high-temperature conditions. Experimental results demonstrate that in forward-flow mode (where the medium flow direction aligns with the rotation direction of the disc), the pressure acting on the sealing surface of the valve is determined by the torque of the actuation mechanism and the pressure exerted by the medium on the valve disc. As the forward medium pressure increases, the contact between the inclined conical surface of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat tightens, thereby enhancing the sealing performance.
